Count Passes
A pass is a date range the warehouse is counted over. The main warehouse is normally counted a few times a year; the high-risk cage is set to repeat weekly, so one entry covers the whole year.

Fill in any combination — e.g. a Category + a SKU to target certain SKUs within a category. PLU is the parent product code (every SKU/size under that product). Blank fields are ignored. When a SKU, PLU or Category is used, counters count only the matching SKUs; otherwise it's a whole-bin count.
